Kevin C. Kostelnik is an associate at Sniffen & Spellman P.A. Mr. Kostelnik is admitted to Florida Bar and practices in the areas of Labor and Employment, Civil Rights, Police Liability, and Website Accessibility Litigation. 

Before joining the Firm, Mr. Kostelnik was an Assistant State Attorney for the Second Judicial Circuit in Leon County, Florida. During his tenure as a prosecutor, Mr. Kostelnik handled hundreds of felony and misdemeanor cases and tried dozens of jury trials to verdict. 

Mr. Kostelnik represents both private and public entities in labor and employment matters as well as civil rights defense. In addition, he represents multiple law enforcement agencies in police liability matters.

Mr. Kostelnik lectures and publishes articles statewide on labor and employment issues, civil litigation issues, website accessibility issues and police liability issues.

Mr. Kostelnik received his Bachelor of Science in Criminology from The Florida State University in 2012, cum laude. He received his Juris Doctorate from The Florida State University College of Law in 2015, magna cum laude. While attending FSU College of Law, Mr. Kostelnik interned for Federal District Court Judge Kenneth A. Marra and Florida Supreme Court Justice Jorge Labarga. For his commitment to pro bono work, FSU College of Law recognized Mr. Kostelnik with the Distinguished Pro Bono Service Award.
