Rob Sniffen has been appointed to the Flagler College – Tallahassee Community Advisory Council.

Working Well is an organization that connects workplaces with wellness with the mission of making Tallahassee a healthier city. Michael Spellman and Lisa Barclay Fountain attended as firm sponsors and Kevin Kostelnik serves as a Working Well board member.
We are pleased to announce that Elmer C. Ignacio has joined the Firm as an associate attorney. Prior to joining the Firm, Elmer was an Assistant Attorney General in the Employment Litigation Bureau for the State of Florida. Elmer has significant employment litigation experience and will represent employers in state and federal court and administrative forums. Elmer is a graduate of the University of Florida and the Florida State University College of Law.
Sniffen & Spellman, P.A. sponsored the Tallahassee Senior Center’s Deck the Halls event on December 1, 2017. Deck the Halls is the largest annual fundraising effort to support the Senior Center programs.
Mr. Fidrych attended Florida State University School of Law and has been a member of the Georgia Bar since 2009 and the Florida Bar since 2011. Mr. Fidrych brings with him a breadth of knowledge in civil litigation.
We congratulate Hetal Desai as she starts a new chapter in her life today as an Administrative Law Judge at the Florida's Division of Administrative Hearings. Although we have lost a part of our family and will miss our friend and colleague, we are proud of her and wish her the very best.
